David arrived when he said he would. He was friendly and knowledgeable. He quickly figured out the problem. The outside condenser fan wouldn't come on. The thermostats and inside fans were running, but no cold air. It was a bad run capacitor, it was bulging and it was leaking. Swapping out the new capacitor took just a few minutes. The charge to do this was more expensive that I expected, but I didn't know how much the part was. I actually got a lower quote by another pro on the phone before David arrived, but by midday, I needed to get it fixed. That's why I didn't rate them a high value for the money.

We hired APEX (John Tran) for our annual AC check-up. He was fast to respond in email and his price is competitive. On the day of appointment, John showed up on-time. He answered all our questions while working on our 2 AC units. When there was an issue, he suggested multiple and honest solutions for us to choose from. At the end of the job, he offered to vacuum our floor. Friendly and professional service with a good price, that's what Apex is. We will hire him again in fall for our heater check-up.
