Took maybe 10-15 minutes to size up the job, and then had a quote emailed to us within 20 minutes. We agreed to hire him on Sunday, and he began work promptly at 0730 on Monday. Our project was a split level, so the work was broken into two stages, including a "day off" to move a pool table, but from Monday to Saturday he was working all but one day, and finished the job.
