Comment: This can be an insurance claim as I'm getting it assessed by the plumber shortly. The basement has about 2-3 inches of water covering about 50-60 percent of the floor. It is clear water that is coming through. I called the water authority and there is no reported sewage back-ups. I believe the drainage maybe backed up some how and none of water is getting through and is just getting backed up in the house.
