Eran has a lot of knowledge of design ADU to meet our requirements. We had many phone calls, office visit and in site visits with Eran and his team before signing the contract. Everything was laid out clearly and Eran made sure I won’t have any surprises throughout the project. We had in person discussion with Eran to finalize the building set. Eran submitted and followed up with the city on permit review. Overall, good experience. Will recommend to my friends in the future for ADU design."

I wanted to expand a 1200 square foot 1940's 2bdrm/1.5bath untouched home into a 2500 soft home that could meet of needs of two independent homeowners. the lot was adequate but the budget was tight. I was able to explain my idea, illustrate with photos and my own child-like sketches and Steve was able to integrate every one of these ideas into the plan. he is creative, boundless imagination, construction savvy and easy to talk to. I think we spent more time laughing and sharing common life experiences. you are foolish to not connect with Steve for at least a short meet and greet. he had the resources to get answers to what he didn't know and quality craftsmen to perform the impossible."
