The services from Brabec Homes were design consultation and construction blueprints. Have not yet decided on a building contractor.
I was amazed at the speed in responding to my reuqest for an archtect. Further, it was of great benefit having not only the architect but the builder as well since Brabec Homes is both and archtect and build firm. They provided critical information to our decision making process about the benefits of adding on to our home or building new to get what we wanted. Scott and Rob are a very good team!
