Extremely quick to respond and called on Easter Sunday right after I entered my request into the website. Was able to get the materials needed for the project ordered quickly and there were zero delays with the installation of the 9 lite glass panel I needed replaced. Craig even adjusted the door itself which corrected the drag on the door so it now closes correctly and didn't charge extra for that. I let Craig know about some other things I was looking to do around the house and he got me connected with 2 of his contacts that handle the type of work (granite countertops) that I am looking to do in the near future.
