I've had my share of contractors......I must say that once you speak with Richard, you forget that he's a contractor. He took the time to explain all the dynamics of my job. He took pictures of the roof, and explained (in detail) how the repair process would go. I had a slight issue with the Preventive Treatment that was sprayed on a portion of the roof. I telephoned Richard that morning to explain my concern, and by the afternoon - his crew was at my house to resolve the issue.

LEN Home Services did a very good job on my small roof repair. They suggested a practical approach to my small leak (instead of looking to replace major sections of the roof as was suggested by another service provider,) They were curtious, and the crew was observant of issues they saw once the job started. I would recommend them to others.

This roofer was running a little late for the estimate due to traffic and was considerate enough to call me. Our job was very small but urgent, so he did it right on the spot at a very reasonable price. At some point in the not too distant future I will need to have my entire roof replaced. Black Square Roofing will be my first choice.
