Comment: This alarm system had worked for twenty years. Suddenly, we can no longer set the alarm. The key pad will not accept code and the red light, indicating the alarm has re-set, will not light up. The main alarm center "test" indicates the batteries are working. When you push the alarm test button, the siren goes off. The siren is mounted on the outside of the house. This system is hard wired. Three entry doors are wired. No windows are wired as part of this system.
