Comment: kitchen sink won't drain. I had a box of Uncle Ben's rice that was old. I dumped it in the sink to use disposal without thinking about needing water to operate the disposal. It's not a rush job, but it would be nice to have the use of the kitchen. Thanks.

Comment: Replace old 1950's black metal pipes with excessive buildup with pvc. Snake sewar line to street. Inspect supply line cut off valve and schedule replacement work on that at a later date.
