It was a pleasure to have Broad moor Construction in my home. Broad moor Construction went above and beyond the call of duty and I would recommend this company to others.

Steve was friendly/responsive and he charged a reasonable rate for his service. However, because of a variety of issues, the deck was completed one week later than requested. Also, some overspray during the stain application occurred on the house paint and window.

They did the great work for me. My problem was the squeaky floors on several area in my home. They did their best even though they found some weak structure issue in my home due to cost saving tried by the home builder of my home. They fixed most of the problems. My feeling is they are very professional and know the construction very well. I have not so good English skill (I've came to US 4 years ago.) and requested lots to them. But they are very patient and tried their best to make me satisfied. I deeply appreciate their hard works (Actually they were almost wet with the sweat.).
