"So very happy with Alfano mechanical!!! We were Looking for a comp. to service my parents oil burner because it wasn t working. They came the same day after returning our Home Advisor inquiry immediately. Said they would put us on the call list that same day and give me a call when they where on their way which they did. Robert ( who happens to be the most knowledgeable technician and kind human being I have come across in this type of service industry) showed up at our door. He was the ultimate professional while being extremely respectful of my dad who himself had at one time been in the business . ( my dad really appreciated that) Robert was able to get it up and running with a few change of parts even installing a pump that my Dad had as a spare back up. All was good after Robert had waited 30 min to make sure everything was working ok. Well about an hour or two after the oil burner had cycled off and then tried to cycle back on it was making a loud banging sound so we shut it down and gave them a call back. It was after 5:30 and they couldn t come back then and said they would call in the AM .. which they did... Robert Returned to replace one of the parts that happened to fail and we were up and running again! What impressed me the most was Robert left me a voice mail to check up on everything since I was unable to be at my parents house when he returned. Would hire this company in a heartbeat . The estimate and pricing is beyond fair and reasonable. They absolutely know their stuff and they apparently hire very nice people too! Shout out to Lola also in the office. Only spoke briefly but she was very helpful and nice . ... my mom and dad say thank you so very much!"

"Amir and his crew are fantastic. I needed a new boiler and got the 3 traditional estimates. After reviewing all 3, Quick Cooling seemed to be the best bang for the buck. I know that the cheapest deal isn't the best deal, but to my surprise they were more than competitive and also offered financing if I needed it. Their product knowledge was amazing and Amir really took the time to explain all of my options, the pros & cons of each. Once we decided that the Weil McLain GV90+ was the one to go with, we set up the day. On the day of the install the crew showed up on time, put down clean drop clothes, and started to rock & roll. By the end of the day, the boiler with 3 zone heating and wi-fi thermostats were installed along with a new hot water heater (my old one was 15 yrs old and why take chances). The house was left spotless and warm. Bart, the expert installer went over all the functions and features. He Wouldn't leave until I understood everything and was completely satisfied. To sum it up.... Quick Cooling was outstanding and I would recommend them to anyone that needs heating or AC work."
