I was glad they had Saturday service hours. They responded quickly and were very friendly and knowledgable. They suggested replacing a secondary controller that is known to have issues when the main board goes out. We had both controllers replaced and had the system recharged. The service fee doesn't get credited toward the overall bill, but it is a reasonable fee and I'd recommend them to others without hesitation.

Comment: I have an outdoor Lennox AC unit and a heat pump. The heat pump seems to work b/c the house does get heat. However, there's an odd 'burning' type of smell coming from the unit. Also, there is a lot of ice that has formed on the bottom of the unit on the outside and some on the inside as well. The ice has increased significantly over the past few days. None of my neighbors have ice on their outdoor units. I have a second project which relates to an AC unit on the roof. It may need to be taken down and I need to know what that all entails. <br />
