"Installation of Luxury Vinyl Plank And Carpet We had been looking at replacing flooring in parts of our home for the last 6 mos. Choosing flooring can be a challenging process when you are trying to find flooring and a company to install the flooring. After speaking with several companies thankfully we found Scott from Seasorâ s Flooring. We explained to Scott what we were looking for and he quickly dropped of several samples on our front porch. Scott was easy to work with answered all our questions also gave us design and installation advice. He was always quick to respond. He even worked with us on a last minute carpet change. After consulting with Scott we decided to replace our entire 1st floor with Coretec Manila Oak LVP. We also replaced the carpet in two upstairs bedrooms. Scottâ s estimate was competitive with other companies. Scott quickly responded with the estimate and scheduled the installation. The installation team worked with precision from all aspects of the installation process. The entire process of moving furniture, appliances, demolition and installation was seamless. They were so efficient and completed the work in less than 2 days! The 1st day of installation also included the kitchen so we were never without being able to use our kitchen appliances. They are a well experienced crew and it shows. The LVP and new carpet looks amazing and we couldnâ t be happier with the new look. The LVP totally changed the dynamics of our 1st floor. Itâ s definitely a piece of mind for us to know that we have no more carpet on our 1st floor and now have the durability and beauty of LVP. The entire process was great. Scott, and his team were polite, professional, and courteous. They answered all my questions gave great flooring advice and were just great to talk to. "We wanted to replace carpet in a small spare bedroom and a den with hardwood flooring. We bought the flooring at a large local store and agreed for their contractor to install it(not a Home Advisor contractor.) We had the flooring, had removed the old carpet, pad and tack strips and furniture for them, but nobody showed up on the day they were supposed to, nor did anybody contact us about anything. After going back & forth all day without getting any answers about why the workers had not shown up or when they would come, we told them to cancel the install. We then looked for a contractor on Home Advisor as we had had good experiences with their contractors before. We wanted the floor installed within a week if possible. That was asking a lot, but we had already been waiting 3 weeks and had the furniture stowed around the house in various rooms. J Michael Flooring answered our request and Josh came out the next day, looked at what needed to be done and said he could fit in the job a few days later. We accepted and are glad we did. He arrived with his workers on time. They did a very good, professional job, and even consulted us about some material they weren't sure was good enough to use. They kept any mess due to sawing to a minimum, cleaned up partially as they went along, and finally did a thorough clean at the end. Josh came after they had left to check everything and to see if we were satisfied with the work. We gave him a definite YES. He even offered to help us move the furniture back there and then, but we declined as we weren't sure how we wanted things arranged. His price was less than the original store contract even doing some other work that we had planned to do ourselves. We have had flooring work done on a previous house(by a different contractor) and the experience was not the best then. From the way J Michael Flooring did the work we would not hesitate to recommend them for any kind of floor work."

After calling several places around, these guys picked up the phone and set up a time to come provide an estimate and worked with my schedule. Our Floor & Decor product was delayed which pushed back our installation date, but Tom was quick to contact the store to find out what was going on and to reassure us that he was still there and ready to get our job done as soon as the materials arrived. The crew arrived right on time on the first day of install and got to work immediately. They were all friendly, respectful, and communicative. They kept us informed on what they were going to complete each day. We had some unexpected subfloor repairs, but they worked close to 12 hours each day in order to get our project completed on time.
