Did a perfect job of matching new wood product to flooring installed 12 years ago which had since been discontinued. Very impressed with the high quality of work ethic. Installation was done in s timely fashion and they worked from dawn to dusk.

Customer service was friendly, timely and courteous. The work took day longer than they indicated, but work was continuous and started on time. Some issues with the installation (nicked walls and moldings) and with the flooring material as installed. Corrective action was initiated promptly including a visit and evaluation by the manufacturer rep for the flooring.. They didn't want final payment until I was completely satisfied with the fix.

Lynn and her crews were very professional and easy to work with. They started a few weeks late but once the project started her team took the lead with scheduling coordinating and finishing the job. My wife and I were very pleased with the outcome and would recommend her company for potential homeowners. The nice thing was her crew cleaned up every day and they were very careful not to make a mess in other parts of the house. Her carpet crew was amazing, you could not see the seams at all, and he vacuumed the rug when he was done. We are very happy!!!
