There was a slight delay completing the job due to weather, but they were quick to call and reschedule for another day, and would only take payment for the portion of the job that was complete. They also worked extremely hard to make sure that all the mold was removed, including bringing in additional help, working more days that originally planned, and making multiple trips to add additional fans and scrubbers. Shade communicated with us daily to give us updates and was so patient with the amount of work that it took to get the mold completely removed.
