Comment: Upon removal of carpeting, bad pet stains were found on the landing and one or two wooden steps. The stains, dog urine, soaked into the wood and cannot be removed. The landing of the stairway needs a new piece of plywood put down and at least one step needs to be cut out and replaced. This is an open stairway that will be carpeted once the repairs are made, so it doesn't need to be finish level work. Note, this is really a very small job, but I want a stair pro to do it rather than a handyman.
