Diana is great - she did a good job at a reasonable price. She was here promptly as scheduled, very pleasant and professional and delivered my mold test report even sooner than promised. I wanted a company to do my testing that was not in the mold remediation business so I would be certain it was independant and reliable. Her price was even slightly cheaper than the companies that also do the remediation. I may also use her for independant validation the remediation was effective once I select a contractor for that task.

I appreciated the prompt service with the report coming a day earlier than promised. Excellent job done professionally.

Remember to clarify what you may be asking to have done and pay for. This is an expensive test and can get more so if you need it done in a hurry. I was a little careless on that point and it cost me and my client.
