He was very easy to talk to on the phone and got to my house within a half hour. I thought I was going to spend a fortune on replacing my water heater but Kevin was able to fix the problem. The fix was low cost and done right. I have not had a problem ever since. KNMP is very professional Company and I will be going to them with any of my plumbing issues from here on out."
