The drain blockage happened during the holidays. The next day morning we posted the request on HomeAdvisor. Captain P&D called in 5 minutes, and came 40 min later. No call fee. The test was done to determine which part of the drain system is blocked. The clearing options were explained depending on circumstances. The cause of blockage was unknown. Also the blueprint was absent. So, the plan relied on Captain's experience, tools, and site conditions. We took the electric snake to cut the blockage in the main drain pipe. If it does not work , it will be prorated and we will proceed with the water jet. But the snake worked. Thank you, Nathan.
