Original project was to "snake" out the main line, but Marco determined we might have another problem. They looked under my house and saw that we had a corroded pipe that had rusted through and was leaking under the house. Marco gave me a estimate for the repair, and they did the repair then ext day. Was quoted to take a half a day, but the crew that came out were able to finish the work in about 3 hours. They were very professional and cleaned up any mess after themselves. I will use them again in the future and would highly recommend them for your plumbing needs!

No property line clean out.Ran camera from roof top vent for visual inspection of sewer pipe towards the street.Camera inspection shows 4 inch cast iron pipe corroded and pitted. Camera stopped at a certain point and we located problem area from above ground 6 feet in depth near sidewalk. At this location property line clean out should be installed to rectify this situation as well as provide access to main sewer pipe in the future. Concrete will need to be cut, pipe to be excavated and exposed and one way property line clean out to be installed per required specifications. All dirt to be back filled and compacted. Parts/Labor $1650.00 - Homeowner to pay actual cost of permit which is $204.00. Rough concrete patch available for an additional $225.00. With depth of pipe, age as well as condition, homeowner should consider trenchless pipe replacement. Additional work to complete this process will be one additional excavated hol
