They couldnâ t come as scheduled because of a snow storm and communicated about it quickly and efficiently and came the first day after when the roads were clear instead of rescheduling for a later date. The floors they refinished look great and they took care and attention to detail to match two patches in an old hard wood floor that had to be replaced because we took a wall down with the existing floor which had a naturally uneven color pattern. Would highly recommend and I am planning on hiring them again for one more floor."

As with any project this size (mine was an entire basement remodel approximately 800sqft that included some minor demo), there were some complications, but the measure of any situation is how the stakeholders address it and there too, Khaled proved that he is made of superior customer service mettle.
