THe inspector was very helpful and informative. Also, recieved some tips on the upkeep of the home after the purchase.

Terry came out on short notice and must have gotten there early because when I pulled up he was just about finished with the exterior. He was very thorough and pointed out the areas of concern. No one that I called was even close to the price Terry quoted me and the level of service received was fantastic. He could have easily have left some things up to the home aging but he showed true concern and advised me to get contractors out to investigate the issues further. Not only was he a great inspector but he also had some great personal stories to tell which made time fly. I highly recommend Terry to anyone and everyone that I know.

I was beyond pleased with the home inspection that we received. Setting up our appointment was quick and easy and once onsite, I was impressed with his thoroughness and knowledge. While at the property, he took the time to show me each of the items that he found an issue with and within 24 hours I received an email with the detailed & descriptive report that included pictures of each area of concern. Our neighborhood is new construction, so as my neighbors reach the end of the builder warranty, I will Absolute-ly be recommending Absolute Home Inspections. Thanks again!
