Scott and Melinda deserve top marks for their work. I shopped around for quite a bit to find a home inspector (always wind mitigation). I found most to be quite expensive and uninformative. Melinda was the best person I came across in explaining the entire process. Scott was excellent inspector: he showed up early, went through the entire house quickly and brought me around to show me everything he had found and what it mean (in both the short term and long term). He produced the home inspection report that day and the wind mitigation report upon request (~ 3 hours after the initial request). Highly recommended!!!
