There was a little confusion in the beginning around scheduling but once I explained my urgency he got me in on the day and time that I needed. He was very thorough. He took pictures of things for his report which made it very easy to understand. It did take a day to get the report. It would have been nice if he could have printed it on site though. The inspector also completed a Radon test for us. His price was the best and his service was good. I would use him again :-)

I really appreciated Brighton Inspection Services, he made me feel so much better about my problem. He was very prompt and thorough and covered all of my concerns. The inspection was professional and complete in every respect. I was very pleased with the service and would recommend Cliff to my friends and family.

I don't feel he went above and beyond but I feel he did the job. The report was a little incorrect but I feel it is the program that he uses and not the inspectors fault. One major issue may have been over looked if I had not mentioned something.
