Comment: Existing system installed over 20 years ago, on front lawn and east side. It is a 2-valve (2-zone) system with impact spray heads on front lawn and rectangular pattern spray heads on north side. Scope of work: 1. Replace all sprinkler heads with new updated heads; total, 6 large sprinkler heads (front lawn) and 5 rectangular pattern heads (on north side). Raise heads so that it can be used when new sod is installed. 2. Replace all control valves and update piping in crawlspace to meet code (Note: crawl space is of adequate height for walking). 3. Current connection is to a separate irrigation meter. Add connection to regular meter, also, so that either regular or irrigation meter source can be selected with manual valves located in the crawlspace. 4. Add new south side zone, and back yard zone. 5. Add new control station, mounted in garage.
