They were very professional and pleasant to work with. They did a great job with my patio pavers and left my backyard and landscaping spotless when they left. I was very pleased!

The owner Doug is not only a great guy to work with, but he also stands by all of his work and it shows. We got quotes from 5 different places and First Impressions was one of the lowest bids. First impressions also had the most experience as well. It was a easy decision for us to go with Doug and his crew. Best of all he was able to not only start our project before others, he also got it done in one week. They were very clean, and did a excellent job. I would recommend them and look forward to working with them in the future.

Matt had some tough conditions to work with - removing lots of crap from my yard (stumps, old clothesline pole, major roots, crappy draintile), major rainfall and a challenging pitch to level. He did a great job, stayed within our budget and came up some great solutions. Be sure to get everything in writing. We had so many conversations, it was hard to finalize the expectations. But we got a great patio and landscaping job and are very happy we can now use our back yard! Matt has also dedicated a lot of time and energy to the Northside and we really appreciates that! There's lots more business to be had there!
