The first cleaning was very good even though I had to guide the cleaning ladies to do certain things that I expected them to do, usually details. The second cleaning two ladies came. One had been here before so she knew what I wanted and the other lady that came looked like she did not had any experience before and a lot of things were left out of place after they were cleaned. The cleaning was good. What I did not like was that they over-charged my husband. I called the service and I'm sure they will resolve this issue. Thanks,

Bright Cleaning Service has cleaned my house twice so far and have them set up to come bi-weekly. So far, they have been on-time and have cleaned the house to my specifications. The only thing I would say that bothers me just a little bit is services that speak another language around you (if there are two people cleaning the house) which makes me feel a little uncomfortable because I don't know what is being said. They do the same thing where I get my nails done and other people have complained about it also because they speak English fine but decide to speak their native language around their customers which I feel is inappropriate when their customers are sitting right in front of them. My mother also has her house cleaned once a week and lives one mile from me. I have told her about Bright Cleaning Service and she may want to use them down the road if she continues to get good feedback from me that they are dependable and come on the day and time they are scheduled with no excuses and do not raise their prices after a short time. I told her I would keep her up-to-date with their service so she can make a decision about them down the road. So far, I am very happy with their service and also may have them clean my living room couches soon. I am happy that there was a site around like ServiceMagic because it made my job much easier in picking a service and saved me time from calling many businesses trying to find someone that had the things I was looking for.
