I used a couple roofing companies over the years, but Veritas was patient, very thorough, honest, and very personable. They answered all my questions, made good suggestions, and reviewed the insurance estimate line items with me, plus they pushed back to my insurance for items they missed. We chose Malarkey shingles since they provide a 20% yearly discount on our homeowners insurance, due to being so resistant to damage. They replaced damaged wood and use better materials. Their crews were neat and thoroughly cleaned up after the job, which I can't say for other companies, and our roof looks wonderful.
