Ronaldo arrived to give me an estimate on time. Right away I knew he was a true craftsman. He had all kinds of samples and great suggestions regarding what needed to be done. His price was very fair. Out of four bids I made the decision to go with Serpa construction. The project was started on time and the quality of the workmanship was truly outstanding. Over the years I have done some small projects myself, so I know quality work when I see it. Each and every carpenter that worked on the project was like fine clockmaker. Every cut was precise, every board nailed by hand with stainless steel nails. I canâ t emphasize enough how outstanding the quality of the workmanship. He helped me position the electrical boxes for the lights and the ceiling fans as well as walked me threw the molding trim and the strapping required. Lee brought with him a laser that allowed us to make sure the new ceiling was level as well the positioning of the electrical boxes. Lee brought 2 more workers to the project when required and got the job done ahead of schedule and within budget and his estimate!
