Comment: Second floor balcony of new home with ceramic tile. Settling allowed grout and some tile to crack, allowing water to get under tile. This caused tile to come loose and water draining over edges left dirty stains. Need to replace tile with something that will not crack and pop loose. Lights and ceiling fans are beneath the deck for the first floor patio, so it must remain waterproof.
