When Steve came out he spoke to my wife and myself and asked us what we wanted to accomplish and how we wanted the tile laid out and told us what was involved with the installation as well as how long the job would take. However, Steve was the most experienced and treated us as though we were his only customer. He has been doing this work for a long time and we hired him to start the beginning of the following week. I HIGHLY recommend Steve McTile, LLC. The job took three days to complete. Not only did he and his partner do an excellent job laying the tile, he was on time each day and kept us informed at each step of the process. Not only did he do an excellent job, he left the work area totally clean and not a mess anywhere for us to clean up after he left. He is very personal and friendly. He knows what he is doing! I am referring Steve to a number of my friends and will use his services again. Extremely happy with the results."
