"These ladies are incredible. When I first moved into this house, I knew I would want to hire someone to come out to clean these floors - over 2500 square feet of tile! And we have NINE cats, so thereâ s fur everywhere. These floors were the bane of my existence. I found a cleaning person that would come clean just my floors and baseboards for a set price. She ended up rescheduling 5 of my 6 last cleanings with her before I finally fired her. Thatâ s when I found Clean Maids. Giovana quoted me just $30 more than the first cleaning personâ ¦. And for that extra $30 I got a second cleaner and they clean my ENTIRE HOUSE, not just the floors and baseboards. Weâ re talking floors. Cabinets. Countertops. Appliances. Bathrooms. The works! They have consistently been amazing, and they have never once canceled or rescheduled a cleaning on me. I work from home, so itâ s imperative that they come out on my day off so theyâ re not cleaning while Iâ m on the phone. I work in the medical field and having someone in my home who could overhear protected health information is a HIPAA violation. They had no problem whatsoever accommodating my specific weekday needs. I will say that occasionally I do need to point some things out - say, they only cleaned halfway up on the cabinets, and I need them to get out my stepstool and clean the whole thing. Or I have a party coming up so I need specific rooms deep cleaned. One time they forgot to clean a single toilet. Each time, Iâ ve talked to Giovana and she has come through for me with no hesitation. Communication with your cleaning person is key to get the clean that you want! I donâ t need them to do dishes, laundry, etc because I can do that myself. Itâ s more important for me to have my surfaces cleaned of soooo much cat hair and paw prints, and to have the tile thoroughly cleaned. But your needs on your ideal clean home may be different. I would definitely recommend talking to her about your specific needs for your perfect clean. Being able to come home from running errands to a spotless, amazing smelling home every other week has done WONDERS for my mental health. Itâ s given me time to focus on other things like the care of my cats and focusing on my own health. Clean Maids is essential to me, theyâ re the best form of self care."
