Kirk gave us a firm fixed bid, outlined what he thought it would take to move an existing peninsula from 90 degrees from the wall, to run parallel to the wall, move 2 cabinets from one wall to a wall across the kitchen, repair a water stain on the ceiling, and move an existing electrical socket form the peninsula, to the wall. He was on time for the bid appointment and for the job, he did a great job, he even got it done faster than planned to accommodate a schedule conflict that came up for me. He's a very professional person, very easy to talk to. He cleaned up all debris, swept & dusted after himself, and we'll be using him again.
