Comment: Repair a front gate that is the primary security for the complex of an 8 unit TIC. We are located in Cole Valley, SF 94117 and the gate is wrought iron with the top and middle hinges cracked all the way through and bearing no load putting the entire weight of the iron gate on the bottom hinge.
