John Sandford from Integrity Hardwood, LLC, in Hayden, Idaho, did an outstanding job refinishing and integrating our new oak floors into our existing oak floors, totaling approximately 1600 square feet. The floor went from an older, dated looking wood floor to a beautiful, darker, contemporary and updated oak floor. He also transformed our stairs and platform from carpetinto wood. John’s quality of work was impeccable. He was neat, punctual, and pleasant to work with and is a perfectionist when it comes to his work.John’s bid was below that of his competitors and we found him to be more than fair and there were no hidden fees. We have already recommended him to someone else and he completed that job with the same integrity and skill. We cannot say enough good things about Integrity Hardwood and, again, we highly recommend John Sandford, who personally does his own work.
