I selected his company because he knew exactly what needed to be done to solve my issue and knew the city code requirements that had to be met. He arrived on time and completed the job in one full day, it was a yard drainage issue. The final cost was exactly what the proposal stated, there were no surprises. The city code inspector signed off on the job in just a few minutes of looking at the work. So my problem was solved and the drain works perfectly. I'm very pleased with the work that Duarte Landscaping did and would recommend them to others.

Comment: Backyard is 2900 sq. ft. and has two similar-sized levels, but bottom level is unusable due to 6ft high slope. Looking to have a retaining wall installed and bottom level flattened for grass and/or garden. Short decorative needed along top of wall. Bottom level would needs a sprinkler system. Uneven/dead/weed-filled grass on top level needs to be replaced and the inadequit sprinkler system fixed. 1 large hedge needs removal from edge of slope. 2 small rock gardens needed around the base of two tall trees. A 70 ft x 6ft wood fence needs to installed along one side of the property Frontyard is 1400 sq. ft. and currently 1/2 grass (in good condition). Other half is a mix of woodchips and rocks which needs to be redone due to lack of landscaping (weed prevention) fabric. We would like to replace the wood chips with rock to reduce maintenance required. Open to suggestions for other reasonable improvements if the price is right.
