"We had recently received some catastrophic and devastating news regarding our main sewer line and were in shock as we had received a rather Doom and gloom prognosis from two different plumbing companies. I decided to fill out a form online and request diagnosis and bids from other companies. I gave Layton Plumbing and Drain Cleaning a brief description of the issues and set up an appointment and Andre arrived on time. Andre brought with him the necessary equipment to examine the situation. Andre offered thorough and detailed prognosis and some options and terms and was hired on the spot. "TLDR: Upfront on costs, options. Very high quality work. Friendly. Mike at Upfront is amazing. He understood the work I needed done which was to install a water softener and he asked questions about what I was trying to achieve which revealed some plumbing changes we needed to make to have soft water at all sinks throughout the house. He reviewed those options with me and wasn't pushy about the other work to allow me to make the decision on what I wanted to do. After performing the work we realized we didn't like the soft water at our fridge and he came back FOR FREE to switch back the plumbing for the fridge to the way it was before.
