Mr. Hoang is very reliable and very skilled. However, when we met the second time to sign the contract, he wanted to raise the price by 40% over the earlier price he offered. Admittedly, the earlier price was part of a larger project, and I decided against the other parts, so he would naturally want to charge more for a small project not connected to a larger project. Still, I thought it wasn't quite right. Make sure you get the price straight in the first instance. Aside from that, I thought he was terrific. (And even with the price adjustment, it was a fine price.)
