Comment: Lawn has a number of underground drains. We are the downgrade property. During storms the existing drains and flow sometimes get overloaded and cause some basement flooding sometimes. But we get pooling water around the house. I believe one of the drains from the downspouts is filled and/or collapsed. I would like suggestions on how to best fix the issue.
