Comment: Five unit town home , ground water and surface water is leaking into two units in the middle of building through concrete wall. Gutters and French drain are clogged, broken, and non-functional. Grade has shifted due to run-off and broken drainage system. Back wall of building is 10 feet tall by 9 inces thick. Retaining wall behind building was never completed, allowing for redirected run-off onto back of building. Each unit has a 10 x12 deck above grade. Approximate distance from back wall to partial retaining wall is 25 feet. Approximate distance from top of grade to storm drain is 400 feet. Gutters are clogged and are not connected to a working French drain. Gutters are to narrow to handle pitch of roof, allowing water to over flow gutters, which I turn allows water to run down the side of building adding to run-off from improper grade. Evaluate project and offer bids to correct grade, install working French drains, complete retaining wall, and install a working gutter sys
