"As I haven't used wood stove since it and chimney were cleaned a couple of days ago, I can't totally rate the work quality, but everything I have so far witnessed about the service was excellent. Tech was very professional throughout, explained what he was doing as he went along, cleaned up as he went along, etc. I expect to be using Butler for annual cleanings and checkups in future.
