Comment: Service: Add vent in roof (and associated flashing to maintain integrity of roof) for bathroom exhaust fan. Background: 2nd bath had build up of humidity when kids showered. Light fixture above sinks is corroding. So I changed the fan to a larger model (can't recall CFM rating but its oversized for small room). Existing vent was to soffit. 12 months later its still a problem. I am therefore looking for a contractor to install a vent to the roof to improve airflow in the 2nd bath and prevent moisture build up.
