Very quick to respond to my call, and they sent someone over the same day. That was great! But the electrician could not find the cause of my problem, and indicated he would have to refer this problem to the Boss who would call me back. He never did. Also found out after the fact that they charged me for a part they never used (anyone need an extra outlet?), so I paid for something that was not needed. That was disappointing.
