They were very courteous and professional, and responded quickly by coming over and giving me an estimate for exactly the work I requested. This was in stark contrast to several other contractors which wanted to pad their bill by recommending unnecessary work (I consulted with several individuals to confirm the work was indeed unneeded). So I was very happy that they understood exactly what I wanted done, and quoted prices for same. The quote was affordable, and the work was done very quickly. I am very pleased with the job done and would definitely hire them again.
