I hired Masco to fix my leaking gutters. The repair person tried to install flashings but found that my roof tiles were not installed correctly when the house was built in 1991. He did what he could to adjust the angles of the gutters, but he said I really need a roofer to come and estimate how to fix the problem with the black paper under the tiles and the resulting rotting wood. He was honest and said that my estimate would be adjusted (still have not received the adjusted bill three days later), so I am not sure how the "value for money" will resolve itself.

Comment: Enclosed gutter drains ripple steel roof over sun room. Water seems to overflow during heavy rains. Suspect that there is a clog that prevents water from reaching the downspout but, since the gutter is enclosed, I cannot get access to the clogging points to clear it.
