We had a tile shower installed. Above and beyond what I expected. I ended up with exactly what I wanted. Jeff immediately understood what I was asking for and even suggested some things I didn't know were possible. I NEVER felt pressured to change my mind on anything. He did an EXCELLENT job even though it turned out to be much more than he barganed for, he had to do many extra things. Plus he drove so far twice a day.

The only reason I didn't rate a 5 on customer service was because he was late for our appointment. The workmanship was good, he cleaned up afterwards. He'll be doing an indoor project in December for us.
