So far, project scheduled for completion in May. They were timely in their response to my query, as well as sending a rep to my home, the same date I called them. The inability to complete the project until May is on me, not the vendor; they were prepared for repair installation within 7 days of my contacting them. The contractor was courteous, professional and diligent in his follow-thru to ensure all information was shared. So far I would recommend them; I'm looking forward to seeing the result of their efforts.
