Chad Simmons did perform "magic" on badly stained tiles and mildewed grout in my marble shower. It now looks like new. He gave me an accurate estimate of the price in advance as well as the detailed procedures he would undertake to restore the shower. Because marble is such a soft stone, he forewarned me that restoration might not be possible and replaceing marble might necessary. But with skill and preserverance he was able to restore the marble. Finally, he sealed the entire shower (not just the area he restored) and provided me with instructions on how to clean and maintain the stone. Chad is personable, honest, and skilled.
