Timothy is very professional. He came when he said he would and finished in a timely fashion. I even added a project for him. He installed a new shower and tub fawcet for me in addition to the pipes and waste for the stacked washer/dryer in my kitchen. I will be having him back soon to install a new bathroom sink and counter.

Tim made arrangements to come out and provide an estimate. He showed up on time and was pleasant and courteous. He provided an estimate, and we set a day and time for the work to begin. He arrived on time to begin the work. Payment arrangements had already been discussed and agreed upon, so on the first day of work I was able to sign the agreement and receive a copy for my file. Most of the work has been completed. We are just awaiting tiling completion by another contractor, then Tim will return to install fixtures once that part of the job is ready to be done. I would highly recommend Imperial Plastic Plumbing Supply, Inc.
