Comment: I need a shower drain installed as well as a small portion of pipe connecting the drain to the trap. I have the drain, pipe, and glue. I have been working on this but am out of time, I am selling my house soon. The nut will not tighten onto the drain because of subflooring--about 1 inch of wood needs to be cut away from the drain opening to make room for this.

Comment: I would like to add a full bathroom, kitchen, and laundry room to my basement. I also want to make considerations for a future remodel of the first floor kitchen. There is currently a floor drain where the kitchen will be. That will have to be covered and possibly moved.
